Alessandra

Hola! My name is Alessandra and I’m so excited to be part of the team.

I’ve been practicing reformer for years and teaching for the past year. My sessions are built around strong basics, with layers of challenge and a bit of a push to keep you progressing.

You’ll leave feeling accomplished, stronger and more connected to your movement.

Outside of the studio, I recharge with good food and time with friends. I love electronic music and I’m always on the lookout for the next great lineup and fun tracks.

Alongside teaching, I’m taking a Master’s degree in Sport Science with a focus on physical activity as prescription, driven by a strong interest in how movement supports long-term health.

Paola

Ciao! My name is Paola, I’m Italian and have been living in Denmark for the past 10 years.
My Reformer story started after I became a mum, a time in my life when I felt quite out of sync with myself. It was love at first sight! Reformer played a huge role in helping me rediscover strength and confidence, both mentally and physically. For this reason, I decided to become an instructor, so I could share my passion and support others on their training journey, no matter their starting point.

As an instructor, I love creating fun yet challenging flows while making space for adjustments so everyone feels included. I place strong focus on breathing, alignment, and building a deeper connection with what your body is telling you. I also enjoy playing with balance, and my playlists have received a few compliments too.

Last but not least, there’s always room for a joke and a laughter while you’re on the machine with me!
I’m really looking forward to welcoming you at InFlowMotion and sharing the safe and inspiring space that Maren has created for us.

Dimona

Hi, I am Dimona!
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health and am currently studying Psychomotor Therapy.
My teaching style blends strength, softness and deep body awareness.

I design each class with intention, guiding you through controlled, mindful movement that builds strength from within while allowing space for ease and fluidity. You can expect a strong focus on deep core muscles, precise alignment and smooth, thoughtful transitions throughout.

Sofie

Hej, I’m Sofie!

I’ve been a certified Reformer instructor for some time now and I quickly realised how much I love not just the training itself, but everything around it: the energy in the room, the small wins and the connections you build along the way.

My Pilates journey started in Berlin and that vibe has definitely stayed with me. I like classes that feel dynamic and flowing, where we work with breath, strength, balance and focus — and where you’re challenged, but still feel good in your body while doing it.

I’m all about mindful movement and training with respect for your body. Expect classes where we build strength and control, find stability, maybe shake a little and (hopefully) leave with a sense of both effort and ease. Outside the studio, I’m studying to become a veterinarian and spending time with friends and family. I love being around people and having a good chat, so you’ll probably catch me talking before or after class. I’m really looking forward to meeting you and moving together!

Wilma

Hey everyone!
My name is Wilma, and I am beyond excited and happy to be one of the new instructors in the InFlowMotion team!
I have trained on the reformer for many years, and became a licensed instructor by the owner of this lovely studio. Since then I have evolved, learned and had so much fun in my practice as a reformer instructor.
My classes are based on mindful movement, with a big focus on control, breathing and moving muscles we didn’t know we had. I love creating creative flows that allows you to have fun while moving your body. With this said, i like to challenge my classes, so you’re always going to leave feeling like you deserve to lay down once you get home.

Outside of the studio I am studying event management and economics in Roskilde while also keeping a very active lifestyle. I love running, strength training, swimming and every other type of sport there is. I am a very social person and love to meet and engage with new people!

I am really looking forward to this new chapter, meeting and moving with all of you! Catch me in the studio with a big smile and probably doing jokes in a tough class to lighten the mood.

Maren

Hi! I’m Maren, the founder of InFlowMotion and I created this space out of a love for movement, people and intelligent training.

After more than eight and a half years as a reformer Pilates instructor and several years working closely with studio operations and instructor education, I decided to go all in and open my own studio. A place where quality and presence come first.

I’m originally from Berlin, but moved to Copenhagen more than 12 years ago and quickly made it my home. Before opening the studio, I spent many years working in health research at Rigshospitalet and the University of Copenhagen, where I completed my postdoc in December 2025. I’m currently finishing another degree in Sport Science because I’m genuinely curious about how the body works and how we can train it better.

That background shapes the way I teach. I believe in a no-nonsense approach to movement that is based on the latest science, focused on what actually works and always respectful of the body in front of me. To me, the best training is intelligent, effective and fun.

My vision is to create a welcoming, beautiful space in the heart of Nordvest, with small classes, personal attention and training that supports your body in a wholesome way. A place where you can move, breathe and feel at home.
