Ideal for those that are looking for a consistent workout program that offers a variety of workout styles. You love exercising but don’t want to spend a lot of time finding the right workout or writing a workout program? Then the powerful program is the right thing for you! It is an easy-to-follow program that covers 4 months worth of workouts, 3 workout sessions per week! Each session is around 50-60 min long:

  • Cardio & Strength
  • Barre
  • Body Move

Equipment needed:

  • Mat
  • Pilates ball
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders/gliders (alternatives: cloth on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
  • Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)
  • Dumbbells (lighter ones for Barre e.g. 1.5 kg, heavier ones for Cardio & Strength e.g. 2-3 kg or more)
