From my home to yours

The Corona pandemic turned our lives upside down and we had to rethink our daily routines and structures. A lot got moved into the virtual world and this also happened for the movement industry, which is not a bad thing per se as this gave people the chance to take workouts from instructors all over the world. It furthermore made it very convenient to exercise as you do not have to worry to be on time or spend time on commuting to your local studio. I believe that the virtual studios are here to stay and I am happy that I can share my passion of movement in this space. From my home to yours.

Maren – In Flow Motion

What you can expect

Types of classes

Soma Move

This athletic class will take you through a 45-50 minute long flow, combining elements of yoga, pilates, gymnastics and martial arts.

Discover the fun of moving barefoot using your own bodyweight and following your own tempo and breathing. This powerful and at the same time graceful workout will improve your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance.

Soma Move Standing is a lower impact version building on the same movement patterns without coming down on the floor and is especially great for beginners.


Movements  in this class are derived from classical ballet and are combined with elements from yoga and pilates.

Isometric exercises will leave your muscles burning and elements of cardio, strength and mobility training make this a varied and full body workout.

Equipment such as light dumbbells,  a pilates ball, resistance bands and sliders are used. Exercises are performed at a ballet barre (or a chair/countertop) and on the mat.

No dance experience is required and the class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio & Strength

The cardio & strength class will get your heart rate up by performing body weight exercises to upbeat music.

Strength training is carried out by either using weights in the form of dumbbells or resistance bands. All classes contain a section on the mat, where pilates-based exercises are performed using your own bodyweight or equipment.

Modifications for all levels are provided and you will feel powerful and invigorated after having taken the classes.

Garuda Method Matwork

The Garuda method is a low impact workout based on yoga, pilates and dance, composed into unique exercises that build on coordination, soft strength and focus.

Breathing is combined with smooth, flowing and organic movements and will increase your body and mind connection as well as improve your flexibility and body control.

A meditative form of movement that will leave you with a sensation of calmness and wellbeing.

She’s a real expert on different muscle groups and workouts as well as rest and recovery, and it shows!
