What types of classes can I do?

There is a variety of different classes types:

  • Cardio & Strength
  • Body Move
  • Barre
  • Garuda Method Matwork
  • Movement Bites (snack-sized workouts)
  • pre-designed packages that offer a mix of all classes, running for 3-4 months (Powerful Package, Soft Strength Package)

Classes are either 30 or 60 min long, the movement bites range from 5 to 15 min, ideal when you’re short on time or motivation 😉

How can I organise my classes?

When choosing one of the packages, a schedule follows with the course. There are 3 classes per week and you can for example choose to make Monday, Wednesday and Friday your workout days. This will give you a rest day in between workouts and of course the whole weekend.

How much space do I need?

You will need a space the size of your mat and you might need slightly more for Barre (when performing exercises at the ballet barre or chair/countertop).

What equipment is needed for Barre?

Equipment needed:

  • Mat
  • Pilates ball
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders/gliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
  • Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)
  • Dumbbells (lighter ones such as 1.5 kg)

What equipment is needed for Cardio & Strength?

Equipment needed:

  • Mat
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders/gliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
  • Dumbbells (2 or 3 kg or even more! The last repetitions  of each exercise should feel challenging)

What equipment is needed for Cardio & Strength?

What equipment is needed for Body Move?

You will only need your mat and nothing else! You can also choose to perform it on the floor or outside in your garden.

Do I need to wear shoes?

Barre, Soma Move and Garuda Method Matwork are performed barefoot. You can choose to wear shoes for Cardio & Strength, but it also works out fine without.

How does the membership work?

The membership gives you access to all classes and the pre-designed programmes (Powerful & Soft Strength).

What kind of payments do you accept?

Our payments are handled by Paypal, where you can use your Paypal account, but all common credit cards are accepted as well.

Where can I access classes?

To see your classes, log in and you will be redirected to an overview of all classes that are organised into different categories.

Where can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, log in and go to “Membership Settings” in the top menu. Your memberships will be listed here and the option of changing or canceling your membership will be displayed.

I have issues accessing classes after I cancelled my membership, what should I do?

Please send an email to hello@inflowmo.com in case you experience issues with accessing your classes after you cancelled your subscription, even though the membership has not expired yet. We will fix the issue asap.
