Soma, from Greek meaning body, is an athletic and powerful, full-body workout using your own bodyweight.Â
It is a training concept from Sweden and was created in 2013.
It combines elements from different disciplines such as functional training, yoga and martial arts to support and develop awareness of the body and mind in a harmonious and fun way.

Exercises are performed in a continuous flow of 45-50 minutes, following your own tempo and breathing.Â
Each flow is accompanied by a unique playlist, exclusively curated for Soma Move, which adds another layer to the comprehensive movement experience.

Class concludes with a series of static and dynamic stretches, with a focus on breathing; leaving you calm and relaxed.
