According to Danish law, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt (email to [email protected]).

You have to return the items in their original packaging and condition, and we will refund you the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Additionally, we offer a 2-year warranty following the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means that you can complain about defects and faults in the product that arise within 24 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or ordinary wear and tear. If you wish to make a complaint about an item, please contact our customer service so that we can find an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific situation.
