You can choose between 6 packages in total. If you are up for doing different types of workouts during the week, choose either the Soft Strength or the Powerful Package. The main difference between these two is the class length and intensity level.
If you would like to complement your exercise regime (may it be running or in person classes at a studio) with at home workouts of one type of class, choose one of the three packages that are either Soma Move, Cardio & Strength or Barre. Here you will get access to both express and 1 h workouts.
