Soft Strength Path

Ideal for those that are new to exercising but also those that have experience and would like to mix up their practice, but might be short on time.

The soft strength package is ideal for beginners as well as those on an intermediate level. It contains a total of 12 classes, each class being between 30 and 40 minutes long. Classes are split up into 3 per week for a total of 4 weeks, so that you don’t need to worry about making a workout schedule!

The course features a wide variety of classes: Cardio & Strength, Barre, Garuda Method Matwork and Soma Move Standing. Exercise modifications are given to suit all levels of fitness.

Equipment needed:

  • Mat
  • Pilates ball
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
  • Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)
  • Dumbbells (lighter ones for Barre e.g. 1 kg, heavier ones for Cardio & Strength e.g. 1.5 or 2 kg)

Your membership will give you access to all soft strength packages. A new package is released every 4 weeks. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
