You love exercising but don’t want to spend a lot of time on finding the right workout or writing a workout program?
Then the powerful program is the right thing for you! It is an easy to follow program that covers 6 months worth of workouts, 3 workout sessions per week! Each session is around 50-60 min long:
- Cardio & Strength
- Soma Move (read more about them here)
Every fourth week contains a restorative class; either Soma Move Standing or a Garuda Method Matwork (read more about them here) instead of a Soma Move class. These class types are intentionally slower paced and slightly shorter on time.

You can track your progress by clicking the finished button after each workout, which will be shown as a check mark in the course overview.
- Pilates ball
- Long elastic band (Theraband)
- Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
- Sliders/gliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
- Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)
- Dumbbells (lighter ones for Barre e.g. 1.5 kg, heavier ones for Cardio & Strength e.g. 2 or 3 kg)
The powerful program is part of the All Access Membership (149 DKK per month).
