The powerful package is ideal for those on an intermediate to advanced level. It offers 12 classes in total, each class being around 60 minutes long. Classes are split up into 3 per week for a total of 4 weeks, so that you don’t need to worry about making a workout schedule! You can for example choose to do your workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so that you have a rest day in between each workout (and of course a whole weekend).
The course features a wide variety of classes: Cardio & Strength, Barre and Soma Move.
- Pilates ball
- Long elastic band (Theraband)
- Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
- Sliders/gliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
- Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)
- Dumbbells (lighter ones for Barre e.g. 1.5 kg, heavier ones for Cardio & Strength e.g. 2 or 3 kg)
Your membership will give you access to all powerful packages. A new package is released every 4 weeks. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
