Or you’ve had a long and stressful day and you don’t have any motivation left to do a long workout?

Then take a movement bite: snack-sized workouts that only last between 5-15 min.

You can choose between workouts using your own bodyweight or equipment.

Also a great addition after a cardio workout.

  • Movement Bites with equipment

    Movement bites are short workouts, lasting 5-15 min. Different kinds of equipment will be used.

  • Movement Bites without equipment

    You will only need yourself and most likely a mat for these short workouts! All workouts are between 5-15 min long.
