The Garuda method is a low-impact workout based on yoga, pilates and dance, composed into unique exercises that build on coordination, soft strength and focus.
Breathing is combined with smooth, flowing and organic movements and will increase your body and mind connection as well as improve your flexibility and body control.
A meditative form of movement that will leave you with a sensation of calmness and wellbeing.
