You like to get your heart rate up and work on your strength using dumbbells or resistance bands? Then look no further! The only thing you need to decide is if you have time for a 30 or 60 min workout.
- Long elastic band (Theraband)
- Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
- Sliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
- Dumbbells (choose a weight where the last repetitions of each exercise feel challenging)
