You like to get your heart rate up and work on your strength using dumbbells or resistance bands? Then look no further and sign up for the cardio & strength package. You will get access to long (approx. 60 minute) and 30-40 minute express workouts. The shorter workouts are ideal for beginners as they are low impact, but modifications for all fitness levels are given.
- Long elastic band (Theraband)
- Circular elastic band (booty band or use the long one and tie a knot)
- Sliders (alternatives: dish cloths on smooth surfaces, plastic lids on carpet)
- Dumbbells (choose a weight where the last repetitions of each exercise feel challenging)
Your membership will give you access to all Cardio & Strength packages. A new package is released every 4 weeks. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
