Enjoy fun Barre workouts that incorporate movements inspired from ballet, dance and pilates. Both 60 min and Express workouts are available and classes suit all fitness levels. You will need the following equipment:

  • Mat
  • Pilates ball
  • Light dumbbells ( up to 1.5 kg)
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Booty band (or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders (alternatives: kitchen towels on smooth surfaces or plastic lids on carpets)
  • Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)

All barre classes are included in the All Access Membership (149 DKK per month).

    Barre Express classes are ideal if you are short on time, but still want to squeeze in a workout. Classes are between 30 and 40 min long.

  • Barre

    Around 60 min long Barre classes, that will have you work on the floor, at the barre and on your mat.
