Enjoy fun workouts that incorporate movements inspired from ballet, dance and pilates. Both 60 min and Express workouts are available and classes suit all fitness levels. You will need the following equipment:

  • Mat
  • Light dumbbells ( up to 1.5 kg)
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Booty band (or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders (alternatives: kitchen towels on smooth surfaces or plastic lids on carpets)
  • Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)

Your membership will give you access to all Barre packages. A new package is released every 4 weeks. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.

  • Barre Express

    Barre Express classes are ideal if you are short on time, but still want to squeeze in a workout. Classes are between 30 and 40 min long.

    Around 60 min long Barre classes, that will have you work on the floor, at the barre and on your mat.
