Enjoy fun workouts that incorporate movements inspired from ballet, dance and pilates in an express format! Classes are between 30-40 long and you will work your whole body.

You will need the following equipment:

  • Mat
  • Pilates ball
  • Light dumbbells ( up to 1.5 kg)
  • Long elastic band (Theraband)
  • Booty band (or use the long one and tie a knot)
  • Sliders (alternatives: kitchen towels on smooth surfaces or plastic lids on carpets)
  • Ballet barre (alternatives: countertop or chair ideally 107-111 cm high, lower is also fine)

Your membership will give you access to all Barre Express classes. New classes are released regularly, which is approximately 4 classes per month. Your subscription automatically renews after4 weeks until cancelled (see our cancellation policy here).
