Cardio & Strength

The cardio & strength class will get your heart rate up by performing body weight exercises to upbeat music.
Resistance/strength training is carried out by either using weights in the form of dumbbells or resistance bands. All classes contain a section on the mat, where pilates-based exercises are performed using your own body-weight or equipment.
Modifications for all levels are provided and you will feel powerful and invigorated after having taken this class.

For those aiming to elevate their heart rate and enhance strength using dumbbells or resistance bands, this program offers the ideal solution, allowing you to choose between 30 or 60-minute workouts. Required equipment includes a mat, a long elastic band (Theraband), a circular elastic band (booty band or knotted long band), sliders (or household alternatives like dish cloths or plastic lids), and dumbbells selected for challenging the final repetitions of each exercise.
